Ibis Santos Valongo Hotel - Santos (Sao Paulo)

Well, I thought I would enjoy my stay, but the thin walls made me aware of every little disturbance in the adjacent rooms. The dusty room triggered my asthma, really just unacceptable. And of course, I expected at least a complimentary gesture for these inconveniences, but nope, nothing. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

The breakfast here surprised me with really good options. Enjoyed fresh pastries that were good. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower? Just fantastic! On the downside, the walls between rooms are thin, so I heard everything from next door, which really disrupted my peace. I also found the room a bit dusty, triggering some breathing issues for me. Checking in and out was confusing since they charged us separately for each night.

The Ibis Santos Valongo offers a fine view of the port and the staff was attentive and quick to resolve any issues. The breakfast buffet was good!

Wow, the breakfast blew me away with freshly baked pastries 🥐 Just wish the walls were a bit thicker since we heard our neighbors a lot.

We were actually surprised by the helpfulness of the staff at Ibis. After a long bike ride, they not only allowed us to bring our bikes into the room, but also took care of them after we checked out. They were great too ensure our stay was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was stylish and immaculately clean. I enjoyed the friendly, efficient staff at reception. the restaurant served delicious food and it was great value for money. Plus, the hotel had a good location with easy access to public transport and local attractions.

I was given a room next to some very noisy guests, which affected my sleep. It would have been better if I was given a room further down the corridor, away from other guests.

The hotel is conveniently located near transportation options such as the bus station, making it easy to get around the area. There are several attractions nearby, including beaches and a port for those interested in maritime activity. the staff is friendly and willing to assist guests with their needs. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food at the restaurant is delicious.

There is one major issue that detracts from the hotel experience, and that is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. This can result in a noisy and disruptive environment, making it difficult to relax and enjoy a restful night's sleep.

We were also impressed with how conveniently located it was, being close to both the port and the beaches. The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
